Overview

Our property managers are experienced, full-time professionals. We have years of experience managing single family homes, condos, townhouses, and multi-unit properties. We also manage commercial properties.

This knowledge and experience gives us an insight that comes into play every time we screen a tenant, negotiate a lease or inspect property. We are meticulous in the handling of mortgage payments, rent collection, accounting and particularly maintenance and repairs.

Bio:

A Missouri native, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University. In 2009, I made Colorado Springs my home. I enjoy the unique challenges of Property Management and am personally dedicated to the success of each of the properties under my management.
